Susanne Roa Was given explicit instructions as to what I wanted him to do. He did not return my phone calls and did not take the action I specified. When he did call he would try to talk me into doing something I did not want. What should have been taken care of within a week dragged out to months and I finally had to get very stern and forceful acting. I would never let him be in control of my money.

Gayle Driscoll In all the places I have lived as an adult, I have never banked at a friendlier, more caring place. The tellers greet us by name, they ask about what the kids are up to, and they go out of their way to make sure that our questions are answered. As Edwardsville continues to grow and become less "homey" I am glad that this bank is in the heart of town making me feel like I am more than just a number.
