1 /5 Shane Klecka: Steer clear of Eric Miskell. At first, hes good, then all he wants is money. I paid him to go to trial once, and it never happened. If you want any personal property back, good luck; he doesnt fight for that, he doesnt care. Anytime you need something done, he needs more money. Even after my divorce was finalized, and I had questions, he and/or his paralegal did not answer me. I even sent a certified letter to his office and still received no reply. All he kept saying during the process was, "Come on, lets get this done," like he was tired of my case. Then, there was a court date after my divorce where a motion was filed, and I was not informed or included. If I could rate him 0 stars, I would.

4 /5 Lisa Skinner: I recently hired Eric to represent me ..I ended up seeking marriage counseling with my Husband instead of the divorce. so that turned out well ..wasnt much encounter .i did not experience court with him .And my o.p was not being persude.....keep you posted
