1 /5 Tim Bahrns: Very disappointed. I kindly asked for help and went through a nightmare from effingham branch. After calling the supervisor to voice concerns she sided with the personal baker. Who rushed me out of her office and promised afoillow up. Which she failed to do. In my 30 years in the corporate environment I dont see this outfit professional. This is my opinion. Its best you so your own research. After buying gift cards and going the extra mile to be kind when I needed help I was certainly pushed away. #Snooty, #not helpful # cattle call. No wonder why they had to close the branch by walmart. Please do your homework before banking here
