Angela Carlston I bought a house and only mildly lost my sanity thanks to Michael LaCava’s Team, legal wizards and part-time therapists. Buying a home sounded fun until I realized it involved more paperwork than a NASA launch and a glossary of terms I was pretty sure were made up. “Escrow”? “Title insurance”? “Easement rights”?
