5 /5 David L: From the initial phone consultation, incredibly professional and courteous. My case coordinator was very nice and always answered calls to all my questions. My attorney, Jeff, was phenomenal and listened to many of my stories. They never seemed to want to get off the phone quickly, in other words, they were never dismissive to me in terms of my input or in terms of My time with them. Received nice welcoming gifts and also parting gifts. I’ve been involved in the legal arena and can say with certainty they got me a great settlement. And Liz who met me for my check disbursement was terrific also. All very friendly and personable.

Every time I see one coming I drop what Im doing just for the pleasure of watching it. I cant think of another law firm that advertises in such a way, so full of warmth and humor. It is as if the viewer is right there with the delightful Malman family. Such a realistic, homey approach tells me I can trust them. I have even talked to their investigator about my impressions of the firm through their commercials. He appreciated it so much and just the fact that he did tells me about the attitude of this personal injury firm. What nice people and I would trust them from the beginning if I or someone I know needed such a firm. . I hope we never do, of course, but they will be the first to hear from me if need be.
