Strongly advise to not use for family law, They are complete greenhorns in this dept, they will call everything drama and brads new recruits are kids. 5 /5 Serena Long: I met with Brad Olson concerning a Bankruptcy case and he was very Knowledgeable and was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease in a very uncomfortable situation. I found him to be a very kind and caring man. He took all the time I needed to answer all my questions and made sure that I understood what the process would be for filling a Bankruptcy case. He didn’t make me feel like he was rushed or in any hurry to rush me through the process. I has several questions and concerns and he made me feel at ease by the time I was done with my questions. He told me exactly what to expect and how the process would be and how it would proceed going forward. He told me if I had any questions after I left that I could call him anytime and we could talk about any questions that I may still need answered. I would definitely recommend Brad Olson as an attorney for any kind of case that you need an attorney to handle!! I feel that he would treat everyone just as kindly as he treated me and my mother and I definitely look forward to working with him going forward with my case and over the next 5 years thru this unfortunate situation that I find myself in. I feel that he will always be just a phone call away or meet me in person anytime that I feel that I need to talk with him about my case. He is a very Special person and not always something you find in an attorney. So many are all business an not so personable as I have found Brad to be. 1 /5 Bobbie Fox: I have zero good to say about this attorney. Cussed me out for asking a question. Can honestly say, I don’t think he is a good person! Most of his reviews come from his friends or peers. Deserves no stars at all but couldn’t post without giving at least one. Edited for my response: Mr Olson, My review is nothing but honest about my experience with you. You lied to the ARDC about not reviewing and making changes to Teresa Machicao-Hopkins‘ divorce settlement she proposed (who was my attorney at that time, in which you stated you had to redo the entire settlement because, in your own words, looked like a second grader drafted). You were caught red handed due to the email communication you sent me. Emails don’t lie, people do! So, now Mr Olson you are under review, and rightfully so. As for the four attorneys you spoke of me having, that is the only truth that’s come out of your mouth thus far. It is my understanding that not a one of you have the gumption to go against an actual “good” attorney. My first attorney became a judge, her husband, not a actual divorce attorney was my second attorney, who I couldn’t afford, Teresa was my third and cheapest I could find and afford, which would go on random sabbaticals for months at a time and not let anyone know, and then you, who took my retainer, acted like you were going to file things on my behalf and then when asked why you couldn’t you cussed me out, literally making the two ladies in the next room ashamed to be there. You wanted to get me up set, where I would yell back at you but I didn’t, in fact, I did the total opposite. I asked you not to yell and cuss and when you didn’t stop, I told you I would not be talked to in that manner, and we can set up a time when you could discuss things calmly. I brought my mom with me during the next visit and you made the comment, jokingly asking me if I brought backup? Truth is, you do your job well, you take clients’ money, promise them the world and when you fall short and decide you just don’t want to do your actual job you got hired for, you leave them high and dry! This is a 100% honest review.
