saundra russell I was very hesitant about the idea of filing for bankruptcy & totally dreading the whole process of having to find a good attorney to help me through it. I came across the office of Jay BARR & read great reviews online, so I decided to make an appointment and meet in person so I could get all of the right information. Jay answered each one of my questions in a very professional, pressure-free manner, and helped me to get things going. He made himself available to me by phone, email, through the entire process and was always very quick to get back to me if for any reason I was not able to get a hold of him right away. Im very satisfied about the service I received. My bankruptcy was fairly quick, inexpensive, and stress-free, without a single complication. I appreciate Jay BARR and everything he has done from our first meeting to make this process less intimidating, efficient, and timely. I trust his judgment as he has communicated with me every step of the way, helped me understand all of my options, process, etc. He is personable and non-judgmental. Sharon Mott Yesterday I closed on a home and it was only because of Ryan at Merit Law. For closing, my mortgage lender was very last minute and non-responsive. My realtor did the bare minimum once I was under contract and was dismissive of several of my concerns. So Ryan (and Raquel as backup at closing) continuously went above and beyond filling in where others left gaps. He always listened, understood my concerns and helped me work through them. He worked toward solutions while others worked to minimize their own work. Like I said, I would not have closed without the team at Merit Law and Ryan in particular. He is continuing to support me even after closing. Highly recommend.
