However, as soon as closing was complete and he received his check, he ghosted me and will no longer respond to calls, texts, or emails. If you were promised any type of document or guidance, I suggest you obtain it prior to payment when it comes to real estate purchases. If you encounter any new issues after closing, he will not address those concerns either.
