5 /5 Mary Hampton: Karen Donnelly and her staff have been professional and great to work with. Ive been with them through a difficult case with many things going on. They have always handled everything effectively, timely and have kept me posted on what is happening. Karen is honest in her communications to me. She always prepares me well for what the issues might be. I have had other lawyers in this issue and Karen by far is the best and has done the best. She has faught the hardest for me. She knows the law and works hard to help you understand it. To get the best possible out come.

Being a single mother going to her office and her telling me she could do all these things for me, I was absolutely being lied to and charged for services that she did not do. She tried charging me another retainer fee? I’ve never heard of a lawyer double charging retainer fees. She doesn’t have the heart for the families at hand. She only cares about over charging for services she does not do. She doesn’t call you back. She was not honest, she showed no compassion, and she did not get the job done. I would not recommend her to anyone.

1 /5 Whoopie Dunks: I have serious concerns about Karens honesty and integrity. Based on my experience and observations, it appears that some of the positive Google reviews may not be genuine (I can provide evidence, and have shown it to her), and I have reason to believe that previous Yelp reviews were removed due to their suspicious nature. I find it difficult to understand how anyone familiar with her work could sincerely describe her as honest. In my interactions, she has avoided giving straightforward answers, deflected when confronted, and seemed to lack ethical standards. There was also a lack of critical thinking. Her behavior as a former DA was just as disturbing. It’s troubling to see someone in a position of power causing unnecessary difficulties for others. I hope she reflects on the impact of her actions and changes for the better. Unfortunately, my experience with her has been extremely disappointing. Edit 12/05/2024: 3 months later, Karen has still avoided discussing the suspicious reviews after I have shown her the evidence.

5 /5 Stephanie Durdan: We have used Karen multiple times for various legal matters over the years. We have always found her to be honest, straightforward, and fiercely protective of her clients. We feel in good hands with her representation of us. All of our questions were answered and we felt at ease during each transaction. She knows her stuff and isn’t intimidated. So happy we switched to her services.
