1 /5 Ashley Travous: I had Aaron file my taxes last year, telling him going in that there would be special filing required. I get the taxes done, pay and ask about the issue at hand. The secretary had to get him to answer my question which was pretty much a blown off deal. I got if the irs does a then we will file b. A month goes by the irs refuses to give return and sends a letter. I call the office and explain to the secretary why I need to speak to Aaron. She tells me that I should have had another paper filed along with my tax filing. She leaves note for Aaron to call me back since he was out of the office.2 wks would go by with no call back, so I’d call in again. Same thing over and over. He finally one day calls back. Needs copies of letter sent to him. So I email what I received. He needed a previous copy of another years taxes to which I did not have. Told him this and asked if he could help me with this. There’s been no response since. September I gave up. Now I’m having to have another accountant fix this all and it’s going to cost me more. I was more than disappointed in the lack of service I got. I probably would have had better luck using h & r block or some other box company. So in my experience, anything that you can’t do yourself on turbo tax, I’d find someone else.
