Sharon Mott Yesterday I closed on a home and it was only because of Ryan at Merit Law. For closing, my mortgage lender was very last minute and non-responsive. My realtor did the bare minimum once I was under contract and was dismissive of several of my concerns. So Ryan (and Raquel as backup at closing) continuously went above and beyond filling in where others left gaps. He always listened, understood my concerns and helped me work through them. Veronica L My niece is being harassed by her ex, who she has an OP against and Tambra Cain refuses to enforce the order of protection. This man has been accused of gutting another man and is currently out on bond (for that crime) doing meth, LSD, among other things. He is threatening my niece and Tambra’s only response is “I will look out for the reports”. It’s has been several weeks now and she has still not pressed charges. Maybe a one star google review and being called out will encourage her to do her job.
