5 /5 Parker Agin: I hired Jason Drew as my attorney immediately after I fired Letitia Wiggins to settle my divorce and get me 50/50 custody of my daughter. He and his staff did a phenomenal job on making sure all of that happened! All I can say is be patient. He is one man fighting for many other people in Southern Illinois, going through similar situations. He does everything he says he will and more. Letitia Wiggins first told me it shouldnt be a problem getting custody of my daughter. I have no criminal history whatsoever, Im a veteran and employed full time. After Letitia took my money, she told me there would be no shot at getting 50/50 and she screwed me in my first court hearing. If you want to get something done, hire Jason Drew! If you want to burn money for the hell of it, hire Letitia Wiggins.

2 /5 Taylor Miller: Do not hire Jason Drew! His paralegals were great. That is why they get 2 stars, otherwise I would be giving less. Jason cancelled 6 appointments on me during his 7 months representing me. He no called-no showed court TWICE! Now, he has LIED under oath to the Judge in my case. He sold me a great sales pitch but never delivered those promises. Go elsewhere!

I always recommend Jason Drew to anybody who is in need of a very determined and helpful lawyer. Not only is he a great lawyer but a great person as well.

1 /5 Patty Webb: Don’t not hire this attorney, he will not communicate with you on your case! Especially for family cases! He shows up for court not prepared because he didn’t talk to you about case just takes your money! He only does bare minimum, and that’s not good!

1 /5 captain prak: My atty was in trial in another county so Jason agreed to take his place in my hearing. This was the last hearing before jury trial on an ordinance violation for setting trash at the curb in plastic bags instead of trash cans. The cities backhoe driver pushed all of the trash into our property and the judge had ordered the name of the driver to be turned over previously. I informed Jason before court that he needed to have the judge enforce his order and Jason looked at me and said " I dont represent you youll have to talk to your attorney" mind you this is the very last time that we would have been in front of the judge before an actual jury trial. I had to fire him on the spot. The judge reset the trial date and is taking up the issue before trial about the name not being released. I have had the pleasure over the years of dealing with many attorneys as I own rentals and am in need of having non payers evicted etc... never once have I seen such a grotesque and blatant disregard for a persons rights. Jason Drew should be barred from ever practicing law.
