1 /5 christine dolan: Jim Skinner is a terrible attorney, he took so long to file papers with the court, I had already resolved most of the issues. I had to go to the police and states attorney, myself, to get back the money my sisters were embezzling from my Mom and I. Months and months of waiting and he didnt follow up on any issues, still pending 11/2 years later.
