Lisa Smith An unprofessional office. They will miss inform you and withhold from correcting their mistake. It will cost you money! they function on “hear say” without knowing the facts. Be careful as gossip may generate from this office - such a “small town” mentality. Think twice before doing business with them.

Advantage of by this agency I called and cancelled my policy as it was about to be up for renewal and they still chose to cash my mortgage company’s check even though I called and canceled their excuse was that I did not tell them the date so they chose to take advantage of me a little more untill this week my mortgage company called to let me know I have two policies on my home and do t bother calling corporate they have drew Kelly call and agree with you on almost everything u tell him just to tell you there’s nothing they can do but take your money on a positive i learned paying over 3k for homeowners insurance is not normal wish I would have brought this up years ago
