The alleged victim and I were outraged and reached out to Mr. Hoyle. He was very down to earth, listened to the situation and offered us a conservative analysis of what he believed he could do for me. After walking out of the courthouse from settling a case in 2021, the court had alleged that I had broken a door walking out. After missing my court date I had a $75,000 warrant out for my arrest and what was originally a misdemeanor, turned to a felony(for breaking a door latch). The case was pending for over a year and I had to pay a $7,500 bond to not be in jail. Within TWO court dates, James was able to get my case FULLY DISMISSED and my $7,500 bond money refunded without even seeing a judge at the second court date. Absolutely worked wonders on my case and to get a felony charge completely dismissed and off my record was greatly appreciated. Not to mention, he also was incredibly generous and gave me a partial refund of the fee I had paid him for the case. Something he certainly did not have to do and was not in our contract.
