1 /5 Brian Elliott: Unfortunately, I would not recommend this law firm. The reason being is because I felt like I was his attorney and he was my client. He kept asking me what I wanted to do.
As an attorney he should have been telling me what to do or what options were best for me.
I hired him for a multi vehicle car accident and knowing that I was the one that hit the person in front of me. I should have known right away that I was going to lose the case from the very beginning. Because anytime you hit somebody in the rear, its your fault. Unless proven otherwise.
I dont think James did a very good job. In interrogating, the victims of the accident, they had a translator there, but then they also had an earpiece in their ear, which leads me to believe that they were being told what to say. The police officer that took the statements from the accident took statements from family members that had showed up at the scene of the accident.
He didnt question the ticketing officer, which was also not the officer that interviewed me. And he stated, he could distinctively identify me a 100 feet away. James did not challenge that. He also didnt challenge the family members statements.
He said um multiple times.
Im sure james wouldnt want me to feel this way, but in honesty, I feel like it was just a money thing.
In the event Im ever in another accident. I will just go to court and challenge that the ticket myself.
Because the way he described on how he was going to handle the case, wasnt how he handled the case once we went to court.
