Becky Bruns I was given Joshs contact info through a recommendation from another lawyer that said he specializes in the type of situation I was dealing with. My son and I were in an auto accident and the at-fault party was under insured and could not cover the cost of the medical bills he incurred from the accident. At first, I tried to handle bills and the other insurance on my own but soon realized it was overwhelming and didnt feel comfortable with the laws involved when a minor is injured, so I decided to give Josh a call. Lee I have been calling for weeks on end to get ahold of a states attorney. During this pandemic my residence was gone through and property damaged. I have emailed proof along with numerous calls by myself and lawyer on my behalf to get in contact with me. My rights as a tenant are not being enforced. I am very disappointed in Jo Daviess County’s lack of care and help regarding this issue.
