1 /5 Katima Logan: This law firm is very unprofessional. I tried to make payment arrangements. With this company 2 years ago. Whoever is charge of taking calls and making arrangements are horrible!. The lawyers are too busy to speak with you. They are literally all over the place...smh

1 /5 Dena Dugger: Completely unprofessional. If you’re making payments to them, be sure to keep a record of those for yourself as well!! You’ll need the proof. Was literally laughed at when asking a question, very degrading and disrespectful. We’re all human, and regardless of why you’re reaching out to a lawyer, we all deserve respect. Clearly you’re already in a hard spot if you’re needing a lawyer, get one that’s going to make your life better.. this one, isn’t the one. It’s hard enough to be positive everyday in this world we’re living in, someone else shouldn’t be making it harder especially when you’re asking for help. I hope you have the day you deserve.

1 /5 Amanda Woodville: I called them to ask about my late fathers property going in probate and to get a payoff quote. I was denied because I am not represented by a lawer yet have documentation of being his child. I expressed how this system is set up to have people fail, and how can they deny me because of no legal representation. Teresa got snippy with me stating Im basically like anyone else walking up from the street wanting this house. I am disappointed in this legal brach. They do not want to empower women or minorities unless they are wealthy enough to get a lawer.
