He was straight forward with everything and answered all my questions. He returned calls in a very timely fashion and I never had to worry or wonder what was going on because he kept me notified anytime he found out anything. Their first concern was making sure I got the treatment I needed and for me to get fully healed. After I was done with my treatment they worked on settling with the insurance. Shane kept in contact with me and updated often and answered any and all my questions along the way. The result was that they met and exceeded all my expectations on my settlement.
