1 /5 Connie Doran: Has to be the worst attorney I have ever seen we would have been better off representing ourselves all he did was agree with everything the state said in a dcfs case he would not go against any thing said just kept agreeing to just what ever. I asked him several times what the lingo ment and he would shush me and tell me he needed to know what the judge was saying ended up losing totally to the point where I had to file a appeal just for him to be reassigned to me again. Call his office and dont even get a receptionist but the machine asked him to step down from the case he laughed and said no but didnt have me or my children in his best interest this guy is a joke and will be fired this time around first thing that will be said in court. So again this is not the attorney for you trust me on that he needs to retire it wouldnt let me give him a 16th of a star it requires a 1 star smh

1 /5 Joe Damron: This attorney advised me how to handle my case without having to go to court, if necessary. He advised me that if it came to needing to go to court that he would definitely represent me. When the time came to needing representation, he then backed out and said that he doesnt handle those types of cases on top of having to call multiple times to find out this information. I really felt that he avoided me as much as possible. If I could put a negative star rating on this, I most definitely would! He doesnt even deserve the one star rating that I am giving!

5 /5 Kathleen Simpkins: We had worked with Dan on a very sensitive family court case. He won us our case and saved our family. He communicated back and forth very well. Barb is a great associate and works really hard on making sure paperwork is done properly and forwarding emails from the other clients. We were sent an email from the opposing lawyer at 10:30pm but Barb forwarded that email ASAP to us THAT late when our trial was at 9am the following morning about them taking an intervener off the case and then having 3-4 witnesses to 0. Our trial was 3 hours long but scheduled to be 4 hours long. Dan only charged us for the 3, even though he saved that time slot to be open for us and looking at the docket, he worked another case that day. We appreciate Dan for being patient with us. We are a family of 5 and step brothers and sisters. Very confusing but it didnt confuse Dan at all, when it confuses people at school or doctors offices. Barb is probably the friendliest person I have met in my entire life. She has a warm welcome and is more than helpful with information. Thank you for all of your help. Our whole family is happy and safe again. We can now move forward with our lives with positivity.

1 /5 J: Dan is the worst lawyer I’ve ever had an experience with. Might as well have flushed my money down the toilet. I would never recommend him.

1 /5 Pam Hess: This attorney starts off acting like he wants to help you and then when you go back to him, he has lost all the paper work that you have given him. Very Incompetent & lots of errors in his work. He also does not return phone calls like his receptionist says he will.
