5 /5 Tenee: I used FNBO for a home purchase and our Mortgage Specialist was Kara. Kara and her team mate Samantha took such good care of my husband and I during and leading up to our purchase. We had a ton of questions as the market has changed drastically since our last purchase. Kara was patient and generous with her information and resources. She walked us through the entire process as if we were first time home buyers which is what we needed as we were super nervous about this purchase since it was the largest home loan wed ever taken. Whenever Kara couldnt be available herself she made sure that her team mate Samantha was right there and was up to date on our file. There was no double work or repetition, everyone was on the same page. We closed on time, no hang ups or hold ups. The day of our closing we had additional questions and not only was the team available to answer our questions but Kara showed up at our closing just as she told me she would during our original conversation. Kara and her team answered every question, kept every promise, she is brilliant in her field, and I would refer her over and over again. Thanks for being amazing Kara!
