Jeff Robison My wife and I have been working with Michael for approximately ten years when I started my career. Michael has since provided us with excellent guidance as my wife transitioned into her career and we started our family. Michael and his team have helped us successfully create a plan to make our future bright. I couldn’t thank them enough for attentiveness, availability and genuine care for my family’s future.

Office of Student Financial Aid - Champaign

Selena Salazar When you email them, they refuse to email you back. In the event that you’re lucky and they do email you back, they’re short and rude. Same thing over the phone. The rudeness is whatever, but not being able to get answers to questions is an issue. If you don’t like this kind of work or helping students, you should probably find a new job.
