We have had the pleasure to meet and work with the entire team…Curt, Sam, Mark, Olivia, Sarah, Sherry, Lauren and Kristen. Hopefully Collin, as we work through the next phase of our estate plan. My wife and I spent, together, 86 years in the banking industry and part of our job was asking clients if they had a will or estate plan. Most had a will but few had an estate plan. When asking clients why they have not prepared an estate plan..we received the same answer almost universally…don’t know who and why prepare an Estate Plan! We found out, there are very few good estate plan attorneys and a majority of them have retired. We experienced that ourselves….we had wills and an attorney’s commitment to prepare an estate plan until….she retired!! Thank goodness Curt likes to write comments concerning estate planning….I followed several of his 200+ articles in the Prairie Farmer magazine and that lead us to The Estate Planning Center. With the assistance of the entire The Estate Planning Team, we now have an Estate Plan and an operator’s manual, which every piece of farm machinery our family has ever purchased had or has one, and now one to keep our Estate Plan operating now and in the future.
