1 /5 Evelyn J: The lawyer I talked with seemed uncaring right of the bat which was the first red flag. He was beyond rude and a bit cruel during our conversation. He laughed at my situation, said I didnt know how to read a lease agreement and insinuated I wasnt smart enough to understand it yet refused to look at it so I can prove X information provided. His attitude here didnt make sense as I was telling what was written in the lease but he waved it off as no way it could be in there but he also didnt want to see it. Which doesnt make sense..
It was like he didnt want to be wrong so wanted to steer clear of anything that could prove him wrong. The lease stuff was only a tiny part of the situation. He ignored most of what I said and some things he said were just off the wall.
The guy is absolutely out of touch with reality and the conversation made it seem like he looks down on anyone not in his "class". The place was just awful and I cannot recommend them. The receptionist was rude off the bat too but hey, maybe she just hates her job.
Maybe this guy was just having a bad day, but bad day or not, you do not treat someone poorly. There is no reason for it. This firm gained nothing with this guys attitude but they did lose a potential client.
We found another firm that has been great and everyone has been very friendly. Easy choice on who we decide to go with.
