Ashley James Working with Todd Goebel made an unfortunate situation more than bearable. He walked us through every step for 5 years working on getting my license reinstated. He was professional and very efficient. There is no way I could have done it all on my own. I never felt bad calling to ask questions or verify something. laura meyers This company buys the unpaid claims. They will lie to you and say that they are dealing with the company that you have had services with. In fact they never speak with the company. This office will drag you along and lie to you at ever turn. They do not want to work with anyone at anytime. They will do whatever they can in order to string you along and cost you more. They do not care if it was your insurances fault that the bills were not paid. People that can not afford the bills surely can not afford 9% interest. Money grubbing law office. Unreal! They are rude, hateful and very disrespectful. I do hope that the ugliness that they send out will, one day be returned to them in the same manner. I highly recommend that you use a different attorney if you can.

Ryan Winstead I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. Theyre exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations. During our first conversation Jeff told me that "if your lawyer seems to be telling you everything you want to hear you are probably with the wrong law firm." I thought that was very refreshing because before I called RC&A I did call a few other law firms and thats exactly what I heard from each of them and I felt like I was buying a used car. Angela Woods Paul is great. Always on top of any issues. Paul listens and gets straight to the point on what we need to do. Calling into the office is pleasant. Robin is great and will always let paul know you called. Overall, Fantastic! He has been our lawyer for 25-plus years.
