1 /5 Hilary Churchill: Absolutely horrible experience. If you want to try to make payment arrangements dont even bother calling. "Stan" was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldnt have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. Im sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.

1 /5 Crystal Myers: This place is awful. The representatives are rude. I tried to negotiate with them on lowering my payments, as MDH turned me in to collections, even tho I was making payments to them but we didnt have an agreement. How many people pay their medical bills willingly? You would think that asking them to be humans and have compassion, bc I still have to live and still have other bills, is a hard task for them. Emily is very rude. The only person who I have talked to from there, that is remotely nice and professional, is Courtney.

1 /5 Lea Dodds: This place is horrible to work with. They sent us to court and I made a payment plan with their lawyer for 30 a month bc I really dont care if they get there money. MDH needs to reconsider business with these people. The lawyer is easier to work for then these people. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

1 /5 Richard Traviolia: I never thought I would say that I would rather have my unpaid medical bills go to the pushy call centers in India, but there it is. These people wont work with you to reduce the cost, and wont help you fix the impact of the collection on your credit, even when you pay in full. All that is "against their policy." If you are a business and really want to get revenge on your customers that cant/dont pay their debts, send the debt to this collection agency.

1 /5 Mr. Moon: Stan was short with me and rude with no reason at all. All I wanted was my account number and he was very unpleasant about something as simple as that. I tried to setup online payments but the website is down.
