1 /5 aeris carlton: This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This bank lost my money, they have no idea where it went or where its at, its been 3 weeks since they lost it, they now say I have to wait another month to see if it "appears" and "hopefully" they can find where it went by then, I have a feeling a month from now, it will be May 15th and Ill go in there to receive my money that they lost and Ill be told another story of why its still lost and everyone will still be clueless and tell me they dont know what to tell me, theres nothing they can do about it. Absolutely ridiculous!! they do not care about their customers, they arent understanding and SO RUDE. Ive been told a different story from 4 different employees about what is going on and each one is totally different!! The manager Ashley has no idea how to handle the situation or how to even take care of the problem and fix it. She simply says "she doesnt know" and doesnt care.
