Scott Scheidenhelm James and the team for Jake Surratt have been absolutely terrific to work with on our auto, home and life insurance policies. We made the switch to CC in large part due to how great they were to work with when we were researching options to select a new insurance company. Then when we had to file a claim from storm damage to our house, James again showed that they truly care for their customers.
