I started with another law firm in Ottawa, and this being my first experience with selling by owner, I was a little nervous and had a few simple questions. She is always available, if she doesn’t actually answer her phone she will return the call promptly. She answers every question without judgement or malice and makes sure you understand before ending the conversation. As is typical with real estate transactions, we encountered a few hiccups along the way but Anne was always at the ready, on top of every situation and guided the process thru to a smooth ending, Including facilitating the closing with me in a different state. I could not be more pleased with their service and I cannot recommend then highly enough!
