1 /5 Ruth Idzik: I had an incredibly poor experience with retaining Winter Campanella in my divorce. I paid $250 for a consultation, had a great conversation with her so hired her the next day with a $3,000 retainer. She then completely ghosted me for the next 30 days. I called her office at least half a dozen times and her secretary just kept telling me over and over again that she would call me back. But she never did. She also never responded to emails, and in the process of her completely ignoring me I was then served with divorce papers that she should have known about because apparently they were filed the day before I paid her retainer. She did not do her due diligence, she is completely unprofessional, and I would warn anyone away from hiring her. After informing her through email to immediately stop any work on my case and to call me she finally did. She actually insisted this was all her secretarys fault, and she had no idea I was ever trying to contact her. She agreed to refund my full retainer thankfully, but has completely wasted my time and put me at a disadvantage in my case.

5 /5 MJ Leone: I cannot recommend Winter, and her entire staff, enough. I was in a very tough spot, custody-wise, and she believed in me, and fought tooth and nail for me to get a just and fair outcome. Communication, day AND night, was excellent, she knows the law inside and out, and has a good relationship with those in the judicial system throughout Jackson County. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

5 /5 Tom Harness: The Right Choice - I want to take some time to share how my experience with the team at Campanella Law firm was the best I could have ever asked for. There is definitely a stigma or a perception that many of us have when it comes to lawyers. This is most definitely NOT what I experienced with Winter Campanella. Communication was the best I have ever had when working with a lawyer. We met to go over what would be covered in court and answer any questions I might have. I was beyond nervous with a ton of anxiety. Winter calmed me down and was consistent in what she said we would do. The process with getting a court date was time consuming and yes she still was able to get dates as soon as she could. If anyone ever wants to reach out to me for a referral for Campanella Law Firm, I am happy to answer any question about my experience (Ill leave all the legal stuff to her). You will most definitely be in great hands with Winter and her team. She should be your first call.

Little did I know that a few years later we found ourselves in need of a good Lawyer. She is knowledgeable on the law and stand firm on hers decisions. We would strongly recommend Campanella Law Firm to not only our friends as well as anyone that find there selves in need to a good lawyer.
