Busey Bank - Pekin (IL)

1 /5 Lucas McDowell: I am disgusted with Buseys ways of doing business. I think its appalling that they charge fees for savings withdrawals. Its our money, they do not care about there customers. Also, on the Busey Bank app I have tried to verify an external account and it refuses to allow me to and I have written all the details correctly. I have spoken to agents at Busey for help and they have been useless. Busey needs to get their act together!!

5 /5 Hannah LaVine: I live out of state and am working on getting my grandfathers finances in order. EVERYTIME I have called I have spoke to Brandon or Cody who have been phenomenal! Willing to help, knowledgeable, and understanding. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Thank you very much for helping me navigate a nightmare of a situation!!! ♥️

1 /5 Becky Cosentine: I have to go to Pekin branch for my employer, but have never had such HORRIBLE customer service from any other bank in town. The clerks are friendly enough, but when you have to wait in drive thru (no other cars waiting) because there is only ONE person covering both inside and drive thru customers…that is wrong.

1 /5 Josh Carpentier: I wish I could give zero stars. I hate how they are constantly trying to nickel and dime their customers with all kinds of fees. Also, they keep closing locations all over the Peoria area and it’s getting more and more difficult to do my banking with Busey. It’s been NOTHING but issues since they bought out South Side Bank and they have screwed everything up and do not care at all about their customers, even the long time South Side Bank customers. This bank in general sucks so bad, do not open new accounts with them. I’m currently looking for a better one. 0/10 would not recommend. The fees, policies and customer service are atrocious.

2 /5 Jordan Gaines: Waiting 20 days for a bank card and they still wont lift a finger to get me one! Ps every other bank Ive done business with can make your card on the spot but not these guys lol and when your card doesnt show up theyll say just keep waiting..... I would choose a better bank and will be in the future
