5 /5 Vicky McMahon: Been my families attorneys for as long as I can remember. Attorneys know what theyre doing, reasonable prices friendly, never any problems getting a quick appt. Attorneys know what theyre doing and will talk to you on the phone and answer questions and dont charge for this. I wouldnt go to any other attorney. Always satisfied with thus group Definitely 5 stars

1 /5 J R: Paid $800 to do my LLC which cost $150-$250 from the state.. I agreed to it (stupidly) so thats my fault.. but the worst part is they typed my name in with a completely different last name. How do you even do that? Then for over a year I called over 10 times asking it to be changed. THEY NEVER DID. So I had to do it myself..

1 /5 AuntKenda: My father used Britt Brown to update his will. Looks like he changed the date, had my father sign it, and charged him $770. All of the names are misspelled, and inaccurate. Names have changed, cities are all wrong, etc. The documents were NOT updated at all. I have emailed accurate spellings of each of our names. He never responded. Also if you call after hours theres not even an outgoing message to respond to. It just rings forever. Ive called 27 times leaving detailed messages, and have received ZERO RESPONSE. The receptionist knows me well each time I call. Im perfectly willing to allow Mr Brown to correct his mistakes. Otherwise, my dad will sue for a REFUND and well see a different attorney.

1 /5 Dewight Smith: called over 7 times leaving messages for the attorney to call me back sent emails still no reply. Had when the attorney scheduled a meeting with me he didn’t show TWICE. Horrible communication and experience

1 /5 Colby Geiser: My experience with this firm was terrible. They did not communicate well during the process, their staff was rude and they dropped the ball on what they were retained to do which ended up delaying a real estate closing and a bank re-finance. During that same time frame they were hired to represent us in a business legal matter and missed the deadline to file a lein which resulted us in losing our lien rights. When I went to their office to pick up our files they were not accountable or appologetic. I was told that I was not their number one client and they did not have the time to do what they were hired to do. I would have accepted that explanation prior to hiring them and depending on them to handle our legal matters however after the fact it has cost my company a lot of time, money and disruption. I stongly suggest not using this firm.
