I work directly with Allie and she is always very helpful to get issues resolved, new policies added, questions answered, etc. very quickly. She also searches for better rates on your policy every year and will personally contact you and tell you she has a better rate for your policy and can save you money if you want to switch. She is super helpful, friendly and great to work with.

Charlie Nicholson TSA pre-check info - No fingerprinting at this location, the Belleville option has fingerprinting, make sure to use Apple Maps because google takes you to the wrong place. This location does do TSA pre-check services, just not fingerprinting. Gentlemen at the front was very helpful.

Zach Ramsay I’ve had a very good experience with this particular State Farm office since choosing to quit my previous agency and previous car insurance with Progressive; State Farm rates aren’t just competitive, they are so much better than I could get from Progressive auto even after having been a customer for over 10 years. The ease of communication and back-and-forth I had with Allyson at the office was conducive to my busy work schedule, As both her and I had to be flexible in order to reach out and talk and text and email, But I just couldn’t say no to State Farm rates that great.
