1 /5 Michelle Heard: Only giving one star because zero or negative stars is nor a choice. Totally inefficient. Completely disregarded my mothers wishes in her will. Way over charged from initial discussion. Took conversations we had by phone and completely twisted the context and wording in "letter to confirm our conversation". Doesnt return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Always out of the office or the state or the country. Drew out a very simple estate settlement, that had no conflict or issues between any of the parties involved, for the purpose of billing more hours. Refused to release the money in my mothers estate for several months so his associate could do "research" on the case. Took fees out of my mothers estate without proper billing and itemization. Once the money from the sale of my mothers house was in this firms account, they held on to it until the last possible second and then took a very significant chunk in "fees" after telling us they would only charge for dispersing the money from the account. Mark Ballard needs to step down from his position at this firm before he sinks the ship. He is no longer qualified to carry out his job. Very disappointed.
