She was prompt to answer my questions, available to take my phone calls, and handled paperwork in a timely manner. Lacey was knowledgeable and patient with me when I didn’t understand all of the terms in my documents. She showed empathy when negotiations were taking place and shared her ideas to help me determine what compromises would be best for my family.
