Ryan Winstead I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. Theyre exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations.
