At our court appearance, she claims to have never received emails regarding necessary documents in the case. I have now sent these files MULTIPLE times and have been tirelessly emailing and calling, asking her to confirm that she has received them. It is very clear that she is dragging out this process to get more time and therefore money out of her client with no regard to how this is negatively affecting my daughter and I. Ellen has also, intentionally, dead named me to my face as a trans individual. Very unprofessional and rude.
