At all points during my appeal he explained what needed to be done, what forms to fill out, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I ended up in a scary situation where I needed to hire an attorney asap, as in that day! I called so many. No one could meet with me for at least a week or 2. Kim met me within a few hours.
