1 /5 Martha Stephens: I just needed help in transferring an account to me where I am the beneficiary. I know there are papers to fill out and I wanted it done right. Mr. Tracy, who I never saw or actually spoke to myself (it was done through the receptionist) by phone or in person, simply said he is “unable to help me with this matter.” No explanation, no referral to someone who can help, no help whatsoever. I have to wonder why an estate lawyer cannot handle an estate issue. Worst service I’ve ever had.
