1 /5 Vince P: Waited over a year and a half to be appointed an LGAL in hopes to prove parental alienation. The alienation has been going on for over 12 years. She did a 1 hour meeting with me and a 1 hour meeting with mom. I didnt get paperwork in fast enough(roughly 2 weeks). She received a total of $900 to do a report of my case. I contacted her about the paperwork at about the 2 week mark and left a voicemail(which she never retuned my call). The next day my attorney called me with her report(they work in the same building). I felt targeted and misunderstood, I brought 2 folders stuffed with evidence she didnt look at any of it. I was told I had to scan and e-mail all of it. Furthermore, I feel discriminated against for my disabling condition even though Illinois has a Statute agaisnt it. In the Compashionate use of Medical Cannabis Program Act 410 ILCS 130/40 as it stated in section 42(b). The LGAL report violates my rights as a medical marujuana card holder.
