5 /5 James Lee: Where shall I begin? While I won’t get too detailed here, I thought it was important for the world to know Evan Watson! My situation began in 2020 and we just wrapped up with such a favorable outcome that I felt compelled to leave a review! From day ONE Evan and his team made me feel comfortable with my decision to hire them. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and strategized with me on the best course of action to take for the best outcome. He is a realist and will always speak on your behalf (not speak for you!). The research he does to ensure he is well prepared is second to none. He found a loophole in my case which was a complete game changer and led to the dismissal of the evidence that would have altered the case completely and put my life in the hands of the prosecutor. He will FIGHT for you as best he can within the statutes of the law. I vividly remember during one hearing… I was waiting for the judge to call my name but Evan was in the LAW LIBRARY doing some last minute research. What lawyer you know will do that??? He printed his findings and presented it to the judge. When he cross examined the arresting officer, I felt like I was on an episode of “Suits” and Harvey Spector was my attorney! I walked away yesterday with ONLY PAYING A FINE and nothing else. It could have been WAY worse! I am forever grateful for the work Evan and his team has done and although it took 5 years… it was worth the wait. I actually appreciated that a lot. In court, he really knew how to work the room — confident, charming with the jury, and you could tell he had a deep understanding of case law. He broke everything down in a way that made sense, and I always felt like I knew what was going on.
