I was able to get someone to just listen it eventually was Andy Mcgruder. I wasnt cut off he asked questions took notes. Talked about plan of action. Its immediately clear this is a Real lawyer and hes knows what hes talking about. The paralegals Lindsay and Mary Jean are on point have stuff done and can give you an answer before you finish asking the question. Most of the time Mr. Mcgruder will have spoken to you taken his time and make sure all your questions are answered and have you been completely informed. You really wont have any questions. Hes really organized and not going to take you to court not ready. I ended up being denied two more times judge not even showing up to court once still doing the COVID stuff. Denial reasons really didnt make since. The outcome of the hearings were predetermined and I could tell by how I was questioned. He didnt give up on me which I thought Im done this has been a circus side show I couldnt believe was real. it had been 5 years. Im mentally exhausted this is nuts. Eventually we were given another judge awarded the decision in court not 6-8 months later. Thats what you need hes a good attorney and they care. Dont be like me and go through all this mess. By picking the wrong attorney because there is no good coming out of that I can promise you. Its important you do your part get your records in order a be organized thats your responsibility he will help with the rest. Id trust him with friends and family members and think he is a good decision if you need help.
