Errol Danley Parkey has been a trusted counselor. He was recommended to us by our church when we reached out for help with finance questions. He meets with me once a month for about a hour to review our actual financial expenditures and review our plans for the next month. Parky offers consistent encouragement that our goals are obtainable and wisdom on how to obtain those goals. kevin swiney I moved from Atlanta to Gaylesville Alabama just a few minutes over the state line so Im in Rome a lot. I saw the new branch and thought wow thats the most beautiful bank...I have to join! Lucky me, I read the digital sign out front that read "anyone can join." After waiting almost an hour before anyone would help me I was told because of my Alabama address I could not join. "Anyone" in this case means anyone that meets certain criteria. It is because of that sign and my wasted hour that I give this bank a low rating.

No voice activated prompts, no referrals to a website or an annoying app, no call center agents I cant understand.... just real people with real traditional customer service.
