1 /5 Clyde Thompson: He stole $2,500 from me. So, I paid him the $2,500 retainer for a very simple visitation rights case. The mother was willing to work with us and not prolong the process. The first and only court date for paternity he showed up late and I had to stand in front of the judge alone. Then, after the judge told me and the mother to come up with a plan and have Mr. Clements submit it, Mr. Clements NEVER again contacted me. I called and I emailed over and over. My wife even drove 6 hours to show up at his office where he apologized and promised to finish the case. Nope. Nothing. Its been almost two years now. I hope Mr. Clements enjoys this malpractice lawsuit against my JAG attorney. Seek legal representation elsewhere.

1 /5 Anita Floyd: Held on to all my medical records and personal notes for over 6 months and NEVER would commit to taking my malpractice case. Wasted a lot of valuable time since malpractice suits have a deadline for filing. Medical records and personal info was missing when I picked up my paperwork to go to a different lawyer. Nearly 2 months later, Vaughn still cant find my records. My advice is to keep looking if your looking for a competent attorney that will do their job.

1 /5 Brian Dill: Communication is nearly non-existent. I have been repeatedly calling the office and emailing both my lawyer (Clements) and Paralegal, neither of which have returned calls or responded to an email in over 2 months.

1 /5 Kelsie Hightower: Do NOT recommend. Very unprofessional group! We called them to help with a case and we waited forever to hear back. They told us they couldn’t help us because it wouldn’t be enough money for them.
