Ms. Debbie is always ready, willing, and able to assist us in a moments notice either via email or by telephone with any crazy questions, policy changes, and/or updates. They are amazing at assisting in a time of crisis too. Our daughter was involved in an auto accident, and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Ms. Debbie was ON IT with Wayne assisting in this process as well and in a timely manner. They are very dependable and knowledgeable and also care about their customers. I highly recommend Wayne Crook and Country Financial!!

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
