1 /5 Tristan: 7/23/24 They will force a paid consultation on you from the get-go without even considering the details provided. I was looking for a civil litigation attorney who can represent the tenant as the Plaintiff for a case against the landlord who has committed contract fraud through forgery. All previous law firms Ive contacted knew right off the bat whether this is something they can or cant take on. Some reasons for why a specific law firm denied our case includes but are not limited to the fact that they only represent landlords, they dont take on litigations, they dont take on civil court cases, they practice something entirely different, etc... The fact that this law firm will force a paid consultation just to determine if they take on cases of this type is pretty shameless and predatory. You want me to come in for a 20-minute consultation and after paying $300 hear that you dont handle civil litigations or that you dont represent tenants or some other comical response? When I brought this argument up against the front desk lady that answered the phone, she, not even being an attorney, determined of her own accord that they cant take this case and hung up on me.

1 /5 Christy Stewart: Extremely bad attitudes from everyone I have dealt with in this office. They love to talk down to people. This office was appointed by the court. I would NEVER recommend.

5 /5 Idalisa Nicastro: Mr. Tomlinson prepared my Will. He heard all of my concerns and proceeded to explain the best way to prepare my Will. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He prepared my Will timely, and I had no changes. His staff is friendly and discreet. I would recommend him to all of my friends and would use him again should I need additional legal advice.

5 /5 Larry Nicastro: Mr. Tomlinson prepared a Will for me after I became aware of a health issue. He explained all the potential complications and my options clearly and professionally. This was not the first time I had dealings with Mr. Tomlinson and in all cases, he was professional and guided me to the best solution. As part of working on my Will, he even identified an issue with my deed and was able to correct this issue timely. I will not hesitate to use his services as needed going forward. In all matters I find him honest, trustworthy, and professional and highly recommend him. His staff is friendly, efficient, and also trustworthy. They are simply the best!
