5 /5 Jamal Jackson: Prior to my Fathers passing at the end of 2020, he began working with Thompson Mungo for his estate planning and legal matters. I then took over his remaining legal matters and estate administrator duties after he passed in Dec 2020. Throughout my time working with the Thompson Mungo Firm there hasnt been a moment where I didnt feel cared for, a willingness to help me understand things in the space I didnt know, and being a great legal partner in terms of getting me the closing of this chapter. I highly recommend them, and in the future if I need to, would love to work with this firm again on my own personal matters.

Because of her living in a different state, I needed an attorney that could assist me in handling my daughter’s estate affairs in Georgia. Fortunately, I was referred to the Thompson Mungo Firm and I have not been disappointed. Attorney Thompson Mungo was so helpful in providing the necessary information and paperwork regarding my daughter’s estate. This was a very emotional time for me. Aside from her professional knowledge, she was also compassionate and extremely helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps and insight I needed to take to handle my daughter’s affairs in a timely manner. From day one, she was professional, attentive, compassionate and reassuring as she walked me through the process of filing for guardianship and conservatorship for a close family member. I believe GOD always places the right individuals at just the right time in our lives when we truly need them. Everyone on the team (Att. Karen, Dex, Shariss, Jan, etc.) demonstrated the utmost concern and understanding which truly helped put my mind at ease. (Free hugs are also provided when needed). 1 /5 Jillian Keyes: DO NOT HIRE!! Two years ago I hired the Thompson Mungo Firm to handle my fathers estate. They exploited my aging grandmother (executor) choosing to call her (charging $60/ 5 min phone call) for matters that would have been best sent over email ($8/ correspondence). It took months to get an invoice. At which point we would see they over charged and under delivered. When I brought it to Tanieka Mungos attention she originally apologized but countered days after dropping us as clients during the middle of asset liquidation. Her paralegal Dexter Delola was habitually negligent often losing documentation that was faxed or failing to correspond in a timely manner. I would often wait at least 2 weeks before complaining about a failure to follow up. Would not recommend!!! I would give 0 stars if that was possible!
