I appreciate the sensitivity in the matter discussed as well as his honesty in how I should move forward. He was great at explaining things in a manner that was the most cost efficient & responsible. All in all a great consultation and a great use of 30 mins. We were done in 15-20 mins.

3 /5 Jennifer: This firm pops up consistently with all searches in regard to an adult full name change, and their office was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Unfortunately, they have a hefty retainer for this service which is a bit peculiar given the assignment. I understand that every office is different, and this is why I have been getting quotes. I am leaving 3 stars due to the lack of accessibility for the service that is advertised, and also due to negative energy I experienced when speaking with the intake specialist. I understand that I could have gotten a free 30 minute consultation with an attorney to address all of my questions, however I am no novice when it comes to working with law firms. If the energy from intake had been better, I would have confirmed via a consultation the pricing of the service. I know from experience however that if the intake specialists arent above and beyond in the attitude department, that the client care after obtaining services isn’t typically very optimal. I assume that this experience was based on the cost and speed of my service, which would not monetarily outweigh a large portion of the assumed office demographics. I believe this office is likely a great choice for those who are needing multiple services or a long term relationship with an attorney. I really do appreciate the swift response to my inquiry, however. It was less than 30 minutes waiting for a call.

5 /5 Leia Jones: Very professional law firm. They allowed me to be me so that I could feel comfortable putting my head on my pillow at night. But, when certain things werent going to be in my best interest or in the best interest of the kids, they definately spoke up and put their foot down. I appreciated that!! Compared to my exs lawyer, The Siemons Law Firm made me look good and that was important to me.
