He called this am and she said call back in 20 min. Now no answer. What a shoddy way to do business. Ill be sure to tell my friends to go elsewhere.

Robert Lewis Your employee, Felicia Cox, was a 10 star at five Star credit Union. She deserves a promotion. She deserves a raise. She went out of her way when she didnt really have to. She went above and beyond the calling what customer service and account management. My mom is 92 years old and she had to come down to handle some business and she treated her as if she was her own mom. Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.
