1 /5 Keith Nathan: The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? Im assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "Weve never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

1 /5 Shynephia Dolford: BEWARE—STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP! This law firm is nothing but a money grab. I hired Shequel, yet I never even received proper representation. She had no idea what was happening in my case, and it’s clear that if your case isn’t high-profile, it isn’t a priority. Her assistant even admitted, “It’s like if you hire a mechanic and he’s too busy, he’s just going to hand you off to another mechanic.” Later, Shequel called me for what I assume was a consultation, informing me that her fee had increased to $4,000. Then, as if trying to be generous, she said she’d take off $500 because of my previous bad experience. After talking for another five minutes, she dropped another $500—bringing it right back to the original $3,000 I had already paid for a case she never helped me with in the first place. This law firm is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

The firm Is very professional and responsive and the My attorney Shequel Ross was absolutely fantastic she is professional, respectable and passionate about law. She keeps her word and will fight for your best possible outcome. 10/10 I highly recommend.

My son found himself in need of an attorney after getting into some trouble the law and was facing some very serious drug and gun charges. When he was simply stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. We contacted attorney Ross, and she went to work. I was amazed when she walked into the courtroom the first time with so much confidence, She had everyone’s attention. Well to make a long story short, my son walked out of the courtroom with no charges or fines, even the seatbelt violation was DROPPED! Attorney Ross thank you for knowing the law and treating us like we were your only client, even though you have many. You are awesome, if I ever need an attorney again there is no question who I will be calling.
